Renowned for delivering outstanding consultancy and training solutions, Tlc was established in 1998.

We are based in the vibrant West End of Glasgow. It's the perfect location for us. Having said that, we don't mind travelling! Our work takes us all over the UK, sometimes to continental Europe.

We love what we do and we are lucky to work with some wonderful clients. For us, the best thing is working with people and watching them develop and flourish. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing somebody realise their potential.

Our approach is bright, lively, inquisitive, resourceful and inventive. We don't see ourselves as being like other traditional management consultants. We're quirkier. We recognise that every client is different and has different needs and we respond accordingly. It's challenging, but that's the way we like it. That's what gets us out of bed in the morning.
